TEFA pays for educational therapies such as speech, occupational, physical and behavioral therapy when insurance, Medicaid or CHIP doesn't cover them. Ask the provider what proof they need from you before the first session.

  • Pay through Odyssey, not the vendor directly. TEFA funds are spent inside the Odyssey marketplace. If you pay a vendor yourself, TEFA can't pay you back.
  • You can't pay yourself or a relative. The rules bar paying a parent or a close relative as the vendor, even if they teach.
  • Orders can't be cancelled. Odyssey has a no-cancellation policy for products and services. Get your answers before you order.
