Texas Homeschool Voucher News ("we," "us") is a free newsletter and website published by Texas Sports Academy. This page explains what we collect when you use texasvouchernews.com, sign up for the newsletter, or respond to one of our ads, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address and first name when you sign up for the newsletter, download a guide, or submit a form on Facebook or Instagram.
• Phone number, only if you choose to give it on a form that asks for it. Those forms tell you what you are agreeing to receive before you submit.
• How you found us: the ad, campaign, or link that brought you here, and the guide you asked for. We use this to know which topics are useful.
• Site usage: pages viewed and links clicked, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel. We use this to measure whether our ads and pages are working.
• Your replies: if you reply to an email, we keep the message so we can answer it and, if it helps other families, describe the situation in the newsletter without your name unless you say we can use it.

What we do with it

• Send you the newsletter and the guides you asked for.
• Answer your replies.
• Measure which ads, emails, and pages are useful, and improve them.
• Tell you about Texas Sports Academy programs where they are relevant to what you signed up for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with the State of Texas, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas Education Freedom Accounts program, or Odyssey, and we have no access to any family's TEFA account.

Who handles it for us

We use service providers to run the newsletter and the site, including beehiiv (email delivery and subscriber management), Meta (advertising and measurement), and our web hosting provider. They process your information on our instructions and under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the newsletter immediately.
• If you gave a phone number, reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
• You can limit cookies and the Meta Pixel through your browser settings and Meta's ad settings.

Children

The newsletter is for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the current version is always at texasvouchernews.com/privacy.
