Laptops, tablets, printers, headphones, software and other tech share one limit: 10% of your child's award for the year, which is $200 on the $2,000 homeschool amount. A 3D printer is limited to one a year. Uniforms count only when a school or course requires them.

  • Pay through Odyssey, not the vendor directly. TEFA funds are spent inside the Odyssey marketplace. If you pay a vendor yourself, TEFA can't pay you back.
  • You can't pay yourself or a relative. The rules bar paying a parent or a close relative as the vendor, even if they teach.
  • Orders can't be cancelled. Odyssey has a no-cancellation policy for products and services. Get your answers before you order.
